Scope of services
Tool Syco provides accounting, taxation, and compliance services as agreed with each client. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. Filings prepared on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client remain the client's responsibility.
Fees & payment
Fees are communicated and agreed before work starts. Government fees, taxes, and penalties (if any) are payable by the client in addition to professional fees unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We perform all work with professional care, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on government departments, processing times, or information provided by the client. Our liability for any claim is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and used only for the requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city where Tool Syco operates.
